摘要
为研究预测电火花线切割多次放电后工件的材料去除量和表面粗糙度,运用有限元软件ANSYS进行了温度场仿真,对仿真结果进行后处理并建立单个电蚀坑的几何模型;运用LabVIEW软件,在实验过程中采集得到放电点数据,将放电点数据导入UGNX平台,结合单个电蚀坑模型,得到电蚀坑模型相对于工件的实际分布,该方法为预测工件的材料去除量和表面粗糙度提供了新的思路。
In order to conduct in-depth research on predicting the material removal amount and surface roughness of the workpiece after multiple discharges in WEDM through simulation.The temperature field was simulated using finite element software ANSYS,and the simulation results were post-processed and a geometric model of a single corrosion pit was established.Using LabVIEW software,the distribution of discharge points was collected during the experimental process.The discharge point data was imported into the UGNX platform,and combined with a single corrosion pit model,the actual distribution of the corrosion pit model relative to the workpiece was obtained.This method provides a new approach for predicting material removal and surface roughness of workpiece.
