正确理解和化解当代青年心理危机,对我国意识形态建设、新时代人才培养及青年成长发展具有重大意义。当代青年正面临着强烈的情感需求与情感逃避互斥、功利主义与倦怠心理冲突、素养提升与认知偏差并存等心理危机困境,转型期的巨大压力、人才培养供需断裂、传统代际交流方式及个体实践经验不足是其主要成因。化解青年心理危机,社会应以社会主义核心价值观为引领加强思想引导、学校应以新时代人才强国战略为指导改进人才培养模式、家庭应以双向互动为核心促进传统代际交流方式转型、个体应以全面发展为目标提升自身素养。

Correctly understanding and resolving the psychological crisis of contemporary youth is of great significance for China's ideological construction,talent cultivation in the new era and youth's growth and development.Contemporary youth are facing three major psychological crisis dilemmas:strong emotional needs and emotional avoidance,conflicts between utilitarianism and fatigue and coexistence of literacy improvement and cognitive bias.The main causes of these three psychological crisis dilemmas are the enormous pressure during the transition period,the supply and demand gap in talent cultivation,traditional intergenerational communication methods and insufficient individual practical experience.Therefore,in order to cope with the psychological crisis of young people,society should strengthen ideological guidance guided by socialist core values,schools should improve talent training models guided by the strategy of building a strong country with talents in the new era,families should promote the transformation of traditional intergenerational communication methods with two-way interaction as the core and individuals should improve their own literacy with the goal of comprehensive development,achieve multi-dimensional joint efforts and build a strong psychological defense line for young people.
