高校是新质生产力发展的助推器,而思想政治工作是各项工作的生命线。新质生产力赋能高校思想政治工作,要深刻认识和把握技术逻辑、政治逻辑和现实逻辑。当前,新质生产力赋能高校思想政治工作仍存在着多元文化背景下的价值冲突、思想政治教育话语权威削弱、数字技术与思政贯通性不足等各种困境。在新质生产力发展的视域下,需要加强技术研发丰富思政教育工作新资源,基于思政教育价值引领算法推荐新形态,完善人才队伍建设探索人才培养新范式。

In order to make it possible for the new quality productive forces to empower the ideological and political work in colleges and universities,we should deeply understand and grasp the internal technical logic,political logic and realistic logic.At present,the ideological and political work in colleges and universities enabled by the new quality productive forces still has various problems,such as the value conflict,the weakening of the discourse authority of ideological and political education and the lack of digital technology and ideological and political connection.From the perspective of the development of new quality productive forces,there is need to integrate data elements,strengthen technology research and development to enrich new resources of ideological and political education,recommend new forms based on intelligent technology and the value of ideological and political education,build multiple subjects,improve the construction of talent team and explore new paradigm of talent training.
