基础医学实验室数字化管理系统的设计与实现

摘要 高校实验室是培养创新型人才的重要实践基地,伴随“互联网+教育”改革的不断深入,实验室的建设正在朝着规范化、智能化、信息化、开放化的方向发展,传统的实验室管理模式已经不能满足需求。文章立足于贵州医科大学基础医学实验室管理现代化需求,在分析国内外实验室建设与管理的基础上,通过深入走访调研,了解实际痛点问题,设计开发基础医学实验室数字化管理系统。首先,结合业务描述,采用UML建模技术进行分析,确定系统总体设计及各模块设计,使用ER图对数据库进行了详细设计;其次,系统采用B/S架构,以MySQL8作为数据库,Apache Tomcat作为服务器,HTML语言结合Javascript+Vue+CSS客户端技术,以Java为开发工具,进行了设计与开发;最后,对系统投入教学使用情况进行总结并对下一步工作进行了展望。该系统以用户中心、实验设备管理、实验耗材管理、实验课程管理和数据决策管理为核心功能模块,基本满足了学校基础医学实验室管理及实验教学需求,对学校教学质量的提高和数字化建设具有积极推动作用。 University laboratory is an important practice base for cultivating innovative tal⁃ents.With the continuous deepening of the reform of“Internet+education”,the construction of labo⁃ratory is developing in the direction of standardization,intelligence,information and openness.The traditional laboratory management mode has been unable to meet the demand.Based on the needs of the modernization of basic medical laboratory management in Guizhou Medical University,and the analysis of laboratory construction and management at home and abroad,this paper designs and devel⁃ops a digital management system for basic medical laboratories through in-depth visits and investiga⁃tions to understand the actual pain points.First,combined with business description,UML modeling technology is used to analyze and determine the overall design of the system and the design of each module,in which the ER diagram is used for detailed design of the database.Secondly,the system adopts B/S architecture,and takes MySQL8 as the database,Apache Tomcat as the server,HTML language combined with Javascript+Vue+CSS client technology,and Java as the development tool,to conduct design and development.Finally,the use of the system in teaching is summarized and the next work is prospected.This system takes user center,experimental equipment management,experi⁃mental consumables management,experimental course management and data decision management as the core functional modules,which basically meets the needs of basic medical laboratory management and experimental teaching in universities,and plays an active role in promoting the improvement of teaching quality and digital construction.
