摘要
目的分析降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)及血脂指标在新生儿溶血性黄疸中的检查意义。方法选取2021年7月—2023年5月陕西省交通医院收治的73例新生儿溶血性黄疸患儿作为观察组,抽取同期在陕西省交通医院进行检查体检的73例健康者新生儿作为对照组,均检测PCT、CRP及血脂指标。比较两组新生儿基础血液指标、PCT、CRP水平、血脂指标及新生儿感染率。结果观察组新生儿的血小板、红细胞水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿的PCT、CRP水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的总胆红素、胆固醇、甘油三酯水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿感染率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿溶血性黄疸的患儿检测CRP及PCT水平明显升高,在临床上可以作为临床医生掌握患儿病情程度的指标,并且可以根据新生儿的病情给予有效干预措施,减轻新生儿的病情等,促进早期康复。
Objective To analyze the significance of procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP)and blood lipid indexes in neonatal hemolytic jaundice.Methods Selection of shaanxi province transportation hospital in July 2021-May 2023,73 cases of newborns hemolytic jaundice as the study object,as the observation group,extract the same period in shaanxi province transportation hospital examination of healthy newborn 73 cases for the control group,all detection PCT,CRP and lipid index,analysis of the application of above indicators in newborns with hemolytic jaundice and neonatal infection rate.Results Platelets of newborns in the experimental group,red blood cells lower than the control group,both showed significant differences,the contrast difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of PCT and CRP in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with significant differences,the contrast difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total bilirubin,cholesterol,and triglycerides in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with significant differences,the contrast difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The infection rate in the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection level of CRP and PCT in newborns hemolytic jaundice is significantly increased,which can help clinicians understand the progress of the newborns,guide timely and effective clinical treatment and nursing measures,and is of great significance to promote the early rehabilitation of newborns.
