国家中药复方专利治疗高尿酸血症用药规律研究

Study on Medication Rules for Treating Hyperuricemia with Chinese Herbal Compounds Based on the National Patent Database

目的采用数据挖掘方法分析中药复方专利治疗高尿酸血症的用药规律,为临床辨证处方提供参考依据。方法通过国家知识产权局专利检索及分析系统获取近20年来治疗高尿酸血症的中药复方专利,借助Excel建立组方数据库,运用IBM SPSS Statistics 27.0软件、IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0软件对符合条件的数据进行频数统计、关联规则分析和核心中药聚类分析,通过Cytoscape 3.8.2软件构建中药核心复杂网络。结果纳入治疗高尿酸血症的中药复方112个,涉及药物343味。高频单味药物有土茯苓、茯苓、薏苡仁、甘草、苍术、车前子、绵萆薢、葛根、大黄、黄芪。常用药对有“知母-香附”、“知母-苍术”、“知母-甘草”等11项。常用角药组合有“知母-甘草-香附”、“知母-甘草-苍术”、“白术-土茯苓-绵萆薢”等12项。核心中药网络由14味中药组成。核心中药聚类分析得到3个潜在聚类方。结论治疗高尿酸血症中药复方专利以清热利湿、泄浊通瘀为主,辅以燥湿化痰、健脾益肾,体现了高尿酸血症的中医治疗法则。

OBJECTIVE The objective of this study is to employ data mining methods in order to analyze the medication patterns of Chinese herbal compound patents for the treatment of hyperuricemia.The findings of this analysis aim to offer a reference for clinical prescription that is grounded in syndrome differentiation.METHODS To obtain patents of traditional Chinese medicine formulas for treating hyperuricemia in the past 20 years,the patent search and analysis system of the National Intellectual Property Administration was used.An Excel database was created to include these formulas.The software programs IBM SPSS Statistics 27.0 and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 were utilized to perform frequency analysis,association rule analysis,and core Chinese medicine clustering analysis on the eligible data.Additionally,the software Cytoscape 3.8.2 was employed to construct a complex network of core Chinese medicine formulas.RESULTS A total of 112 traditional Chinese medicine formulations were included in the treatment of hyperuricemia,involving 343 different medicinal ingredients.High-frequency single herbal medicines include Smilacis Glabrae,Rhizoma,Poria,Coicis Semen,Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma,Atractylodis Rhizoma,Plantaginis Semen,Dioscoreae Spongiosae Rhizome,Puerariae Lobatae Radix,Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma,Astragali radix.There are 11 commonly used drug combinations,including“Anemarrhenae Rhizoma-Cyperi Rhizoma”,“Anemarrhenae Rhizoma-Atractylodis Rhizoma”,“Anemarrhenae Rhizoma-Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma”.There are 12 frequently used corner drug combinations,such as“Anemarrhenae Rhizoma-Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma-Cyperi Rhizoma”,“Anemarrhenae Rhizoma-Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma-Atractylodis Rhizoma”,“Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma-Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma-Dioscoreae Spongiosae Rhizoma”.The core Chinese medicinal herbs network consists of 14 herbal medicines.Three potential clusters were obtained from the core traditional Chinese medicine using cluster analysis.CONCLUSION The patented Chinese herbal formula for treating hyperuricemia is mainly composed of ingredients that clear heat,remove dampness,eliminate turbidity,and promote blood circulation.It also includes components that help to dry dampness,dissolve phlegm,tonify the spleen,and nourish the kidneys,thus embodying the principles of traditional Chinese medicine for treating hyperuricemia.
