论中国共产党早期劳动思想的国际实践渊源——基于“旅法华工”视角的分析

The Origin of International Practice of Labor Thought for the Communist Party of China in its Early Stage—From the perspective of“Chinese laborers in France”

中国共产党早期劳动思想的形成有着深刻的国际实践渊源。“一战”期间,北洋政府实行“以工代兵”的战略,派出大量华工赴法从事战地后勤工作。这些旅法华工对中国旅法知识分子产生了直接的影响,与旅法华工的互动推动了旅法知识分子对劳工问题认识的深入,促进了旅法知识分子斗争经验的积累。早期中国共产党人基于旅法华工的劳动实践,形成了系列关于劳动的基本观点,继承和发展了马克思主义劳动理论,为中国共产党有效开展劳动工作、制定劳动方针政策、领导工人运动提供重要的理论基础。

The formation of the labor thought for the Communist Party of China(CPC)has a profound international practice origin.During World War I,China’s Beiyang Government carried out a strategy of“substituting soldiers with laborers,”sending a large number of Chinese laborers to France to engage in logistical work for the battlefield.Those laborers had a direct impact on Chinese intellectuals in France,and their interactions promoted a deeper understanding of labor issues and the accumulation of struggle experience among these intellectuals.Based on the labor practices of Chinese laborers in France,the early CPC members developed a series of basic views on labor,which was an inheritance and development of Marxist labor theory,and provided an important theoretical foundation for the CPC to effectively carry out labor work,formulate labor policies,and lead the workers’movement.
