摘要
为解决水资源信息化建设不足的问题,本文以某丰收灌区为例,对信息技术在水资源管理中的应用进行研究,首先分别介绍大数据、物联网、地理信息系统(Geographic Information System,GIS)与遥感技术的应用原理,并结合实际案例,重点探究水利信息化系统的设计与应用,通过构建完善的数据库,充分发挥GIS与遥感技术优势,可使区域湿地、新开耕地得到实时监测、灌排水渠规划更加合理、电子地图修改与更新需求得到满足,全面提高水资源管理工作质量,以期为相关人员提供参考。
In order to solve the problem of insufficient informatization construction of water resources,this paper takes a harvest irrigation area as an example to study the application of information technology in water resource management,firstly introduces the application principles of big data,Internet of Things,GIS and remote sensing technology,and combines practical cases to investigate the design and application of water conservancy information system.By constructing a complete database and giving full play to the advantages of GIS and remote sensing technology,regional wetlands and newly cultivated land can be monitored in real time manner,irrigation and drainage canal planning can be more reasonable,the needs of electronic map modification and update can be met,and the quality of water resource management can be comprehensively improved,so as to provide reference for relevant personnel.
