摘要
在过去的电气工程项目中,PLC技术有效地解决了功耗大、缺乏灵活性和稳定性、布线太过复杂的问题。PLC技术借助微处理器得到了广泛应用,其按照逻辑算法及顺序控制方法完成用户下达的全部命令,通过数模输入输出对机械生产全过程进行严格的控制。本文围绕PLC控制系统在电气自动化中的设计与应用展开分析与探究,从而保证生产操作高效与安全运行。
In the past electrical engineering projects,PLC technology effectively solves the problems of high power consumption,lack of flexibility and stability,and too complex wiring.PLC technology has been widely used with the help of microprocessors to complete all the commands issued by users according to the logic algorithm and sequence control method,and strictly control the whole process of mechanical production through digital-analog input and output.This paper analyzes and explores the design and application of PLC control system in electrical automation,so as to ensure the efficient and safe operation of production operations.
