摘要
报告并分析一例原发性甲状腺副神经节瘤(TP)复发病例,回顾其初次手术、随访及复发期间的临床表现和治疗过程,并结合文献复习,探讨TP的诊治策略。TP的诊断依赖于免疫组化检查,需根据肿瘤的恶性程度谨慎选择手术治疗方案。包括肿瘤在内的腺叶切除是合理的治疗方式,复发或转移时应及时进行干预。本报告拟为TP的临床管理提供参考。
We report and analyze a case of TP recurrence,reviewing the initial surgery,follow-up,clinical presentation during recurrence,and treatment process.Additionally,we conduct a literature review to discuss diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for TP.The diagnosis of TP relies on immunohisto-chemical examination,and careful selection of surgical treatment plans is required based on the tumor′s malignant potential.Lobectomy,including tumor resection,is a reasonable treatment option.Prompt intervention is recommended for recurrence or metastasis.This case report is intended to provide a reference for the clinical management of TP.
