党的二十大对中国式现代化的特征和本质要求的界定兼具描述性和规范性意义,因而中国式现代化既是一个历史过程,也是一个伦理实体。从内涵上看,中国式现代化具有多维伦理意蕴,它兼具程序正义和实质正义,是中国共产党对人民伦理承诺的履行过程、是对功利主义分配伦理的辩证超越,是追求人与自然和谐共生和构建人类命运共同体的全球正义;从特征上看,中国式现代化兼备内在“善”与工具“善”,扬弃资本逻辑的同时坚守社会主义的伦理规范,凸显了韧性内炼与维护和平的伦理气质,糅合了传统与现代的伦理精神;从旨趣上看,中国式现代化道路将通向中华民族伟大复兴,创造人类文明新形态,并为人的解放和自由全面发展创造条件。
