摘要
传统的刀库结构存在刀库存刀容量利用率低的问题。缺少刀库旋转方向识别电路,可能会造成换刀错乱。对此设计一种能适用于数控加工中心刀库,既不扩大刀盘面积又能增加存刀数量,并且能进行旋转识别方向的刀库装置。通过刀库机械结构设计增加刀库存刀容量,设计刀库旋转方向识别电路、PMC程序,实现刀库停止、正转、反转三种工作状态的识别,提高刀库安全工作性能。
Traditional tool magazine structures have a low utilization rate of tool storage capacity and lack a circuit for identifying the rotation direction,which can lead to tool replacement errors.To address this,a tool magazine device suitable for CNC machining centers was designed.This device increases the number of stored tools without expanding the tool cutter area and can also identify the rotation direction.The design enhances the tool storage capacity through the mechanical structure of the tool magazine and incorporates a rotation direction identification circuit and PMC program to achieve recognition of the tool magazine’s stop,forward,and reverse states,thereby improving the safety and performance of the tool magazine.
