公路跨铁路立交桥钢筋混凝土结构施工缝缺陷检测微探

摘要 受到混凝土结构介质间相对扰动的影响,钢筋混凝土结构施工缝缺陷检测准确度较低,对此提出一种新的检测方法。根据弹性波在钢筋混凝土结构内部的传播原理,构建随机介质模型,用狄拉克函数计算介质间相对扰动,结合声波数值的粗糙度向量求取缺陷区域的波幅值,提取缺陷特征。采用宽带频率技术对内部缺陷进行局部超声谐振检测,通过对比度函数确定缺陷位置。结果显示,该法能准确检出混凝土结构施工缝缺陷,效果良好。 Due to the impact of relative disturbance between media in concrete structures,the detection accuracy is low.Therefore,a new method is proposed.Based on the principle of elastic waves propagation within reinforced concrete structures,a random medium model is constructed.The Dirac function is used to calculate the relative disturbance between media,and the roughness vector of the acoustic numerical value is combined to obtain the amplitude value of the defect area and extract the defect features.Broadband frequency technology is employed for localized ultrasonic resonance detection of internal defects,and the defect location is determined using a contrast function.The results show that this method can accurately detect defects in construction joints of concrete structures,and the detection effect is good.
