摘要
科技发展与产业集群催生高职专业群建设,行业数字化要求企业财务智能化转型,“新文科”教育理念为传统财经类专业教育教学改革指明了方向。对此,以广州南洋理工职业学院大数据与会计省级高水平专业群为例,基于依托产业办专业的逻辑起点,遵循以岗定课的基本原则,提出按照岗位需求设计教学内容、强化产教融合协同育人的实践取向,旨在提升高素质复合型技术技能财经类人才培养质量,更好地服务学生优质就业和区域经济社会高质量发展。
The development of technology and industrial clusters has prompted the construction of vocational major groups.The digitization of industries requires the intelligent transformation of corporate finance.The educational concept of New Liberal Arts has pointed out the direction for the reform of traditional finance and economics education.Taking the provincial high-level professional group of big data and accounting of Guangzhou Nanyang Polytechnic College as an example,this paper proposes designing teaching content based on job requirements and strengthening the practice-oriented integration of industry and education.The goal is to improve the quality of training for high-quality,versatile technical and skilled finance and economics talents,thereby better serving students’employment prospects and the high-quality development of the regional economy and society.
