生产力并不意味着人对自然的征服,而是人认识自然、利用自然、改造自然与保护自然的能力。新质生产力是在生态文明时代我们党和国家充分认识人与自然和谐共生的新关系下应运而生的,相较于传统现代生产力而言,它本身就是绿色生产力。新质生产力在发展理念、发展动力、发展方式和价值目标等方面实现了“新”的质的绿色发展。我们应通过加快绿色科技创新和先进绿色技术推广应用、构建绿色低碳的产业经济体系、持续修复治理生态环境以及在全社会大力倡导绿色健康的生活方式来丰富新质生产力的绿色底色,为其提供更为广阔的发展空间。

Productivity does not mean man's conquest of nature,but man's ability to understand nature,utilize nature,transform nature and protect nature.In the era of ecological civilization,our Party and country fully understand the new relationship of harmonious coexistence between man and nature.Compared with traditional modern productivity,new quality productivity are themselves green productivity.The new quality productivity has realized the"new"quality green development in the aspects of development concept,development impetus,development mode and value goal.We should accelerate the innovation of green technology and the promotion and application of advanced green technology,build a green and low-carbon industrial economic system,continue to repair and control the ecological environment,and vigorously advocate a green and healthy lifestyle in the whole society to enrich the green background of new quality productivity,and provide them with a broader space for development.
