高大空间复杂仿木铝板吊顶藻井施工技术

摘要 川渝四站是新建重庆—昆明高速铁路重要交通枢纽的重要组成部分,其中泸州东站室内候车厅大空间吊顶采用宋式仿木结构,铝板吊顶选用铝单板、木纹折板、雕刻造型板、铝方通等材料,共同呈现出完整的宋式木纹建筑设计理念。通过深化设计及计算,保证整体方案的可实施性;现场技术人员根据方案对整体施工进行质量把控,在过程中及时纠偏,实现了复杂仿木结构大空间吊顶的施工效果;木纹折板通过仿真木纹处理技术,完美还原了传统木结构的质感与纹理;雕刻造型板与铝方通为藻井造型增添了丰富的层次感和艺术气息。 The four railway stations in Sichuan and Chongqing constitute an important part of the transportation hub of the new Chongqing-Kunming High Speed Railway.Among them,Luzhoudong Railway Station features Song-style wood-look structures for ceilings in large spaces at the indoor waiting hall.The aluminum ceilings were constructed using aluminum veneers,wood-grain folded boards,carved boards,and aluminum square tubes.These elements were combined to showcase a cohesive Song-style wood-grain architectural design.Detailed design and calculations were conducted to ensure the viability of the overall scheme.On-site technicians performed construction quality control in line with the scheme and promptly rectified any deviations during the construction.This approach ensured the successful completion of ceilings of complex wood-look structures in large spaces.The wood-grain folded boards precisely replicate the texture and grain of traditional wood structures through imitation wood grain processing technology.Additionally,the carved boards and aluminum square tubes contribute to a layered and artistic aesthetic within the caissons.
