摘要
为了解决传统配电网在安全性、数据处理及分布式能源接入等方面的问题,提升配电网的稳定性和效率,设计一种基于区块链技术的配电网方案,包括分布式、去中心化的网络架构和核心功能模块。通过智能合约,实现数据交换的规则和条件的自动化执行。在国网江苏省电力有限公司的实际项目中,应用区块链技术后,配网故障的感知与响应时间显著缩短,故障抢修的响应速度和电力系统的稳定性得到明显提升。数据显示,该方案在多次模拟故障中的感知时间平均在85 s左右,响应时间在110 s左右,且故障恢复的平均时间为34 min。基于区块链技术的配电网前期规划与设计方案能够有效提升配电网的安全性和效率,特别是在处理分布式能源接入和负荷预测等复杂问题时表现出色。该方案具有广阔的应用前景,有望为电力系统的稳定运行和能源管理的智能化提供技术支持。
In order to solve the problems of traditional distribution network in terms of security,data processing and distributed energy access,and improve the stability and efficiency of the distribution network,a distribution network scheme based on blockchain technology was designed,including a distributed and decentralized network architecture and core functional modules.Through smart contracts,the rules and conditions of data exchange are automatically enforced.In the actual project of State Grid Jiangsu Electric Power Co.,Ltd.,after the application of blockchain technology,the perception and response time of distribution network faults are significantly shortened,and the response speed of fault repair and the stability of the power system are significantly improved.The data shows that the average perception time of the scheme in multiple simulated faults is about 85 s,the response time is about 110 s,and the average fault recovery time is 34 min.The pre-planning and design scheme of the distribution network based on blockchain technology can effectively improve the safety and efficiency of the distribution network,especially when dealing with complex issues such as distributed energy access and load forecasting.This solution has broad application prospects and is expected to provide technical support for the stable operation of the power system and the intelligence of energy management.
