数字经济、创新活跃度与共同富裕

Digital Economy,Innovation Activity and Common Prosperity

发展数字经济、提升创新活跃度对于实现共同富裕目标至关重要。文章选取2011—2020年中国31个省份的面板数据实证检验数字经济、创新活跃度及共同富裕之间的内在关联,并考察数字人才供给在数字经济影响共同富裕过程中的调节效应。结果表明:数字经济对共同富裕具有显著的促进作用,这一结论在经过内生性与稳健性检验后依然成立;创新活跃度在数字经济推动共同富裕过程中存在中介效应,即数字经济有助于提升创新活跃度进而推动共同富裕;此外,数字人才供给在数字经济对共同富裕的影响中可发挥正向调节作用。

Developing digital economy and enhancing innovation activity are crucial to achieving the goal of common prosperity.This paper selects the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2011 to 2020 to empirically test the internal relationship between digital economy,innovation activity and common prosperity,and examines the moderating effect of digital talent supply in the process of digital economy affecting common prosperity.The results are shown as the following:Digital economy has a significant role in promoting common prosperity,which is still valid after the endogenous and robustness tests.There is an intermediary effect of innovation activity in the process of digital economy promoting common prosperity,which indicates that digital economy helps to enhance innovation activity and thus promote common prosperity.In addition,digital talent supply plays a positive regulatory role in the impact of digital economy on common prosperity.
