集成电路作为现代电子技术的核心,其发展水平直接决定了一个国家或地区在全球高科技产业中的竞争地位。本文通过分析全球和我国集成电路产业专利、标准布局情况,主要从产业的主要细分领域专利与标准布局情况出发,揭示我国在全球集成电路产业中的角色和地位,进一步探讨了专利布局和标准制定推动产业升级和区域经济发展的重要作用。

As the core of modern electronic technology,the development level of integrated circuits directly determines the competitive position of a country or region in the global high-tech industry.This paper analyzes the domestic and international layout of patents and standards of the integrated circuit industry.Starting from the layout of patents and standards of domains of the industry,the paper reveals China’s role and status in the integrated circuit industry in global competition,and further discusses the role of patent layout and standards development in promoting industrial upgrading and regional economic development.
