姜黄产业标准化建设思路研究——以犍为姜黄为例

摘要 本文以犍为姜黄为例,分析了当前姜黄产业在种植加工技术、组织化、品牌化、社会化服务等方面存在的问题,并针对问题提出了提升产地环境、改善主体环境、拓展市场环境、搭建全产业链标准体系、开展全产业链社会化服务、推动全产业链信息化服务、加强全产业链人才培育、搭建检验检测体系、搭建质量监管体系等系列姜黄产业标准化建设思路,以期推动姜黄产业高质量发展。 This paper takes Curcuma longa L.in Qianwei as an example to analyze issues in the current Curcuma longa L.industry in terms of planting and processing technologies,organization,branding,and socialized services.To address these issues,it proposes specific approaches for the standardization construction of the Curcuma longa L.industry by improving environment of producing area,optimizing production environment,expanding market environment,establishing the standards system for the whole industrial chains,carrying out socialized services for the whole industrial chains,promoting informational services for the whole industrial chains,strengthening talent cultivation for the whole industrial chains,and establishing inspection and testing systems as well as quality supervision systems.The aim is to promote the high-quality development of the Curcuma longa L.industry.
