质量基础设施“一站式”服务标准体系构建研究——基于湖南省质量基础设施“一站式”服务试点实践研究

Research on Construction of Standards System of“One-stop”Service for Quality Infrastructure--Based on Pilot Practice of“One-stop”Service for Quality Infrastructure in Hunan Province

质量基础设施是经济和社会发展的基础,加强质量基础设施能力建设,提升质量基础设施服务效能,对助推中小企业和产业集聚区质量提升具有重要意义。本文在基于湖南省质量基础设施“一站式”服务试点实践基础上,应用标准化原理提出省级层面质量基础设施“一站式”服务标准体系建设总体思路,阐述了质量基础设施“一站式”服务标准体系构架。

Quality infrastructure is the foundation of economic and social development.Strengthening the capacity of quality infrastructure,and enhancing the effectiveness of quality infrastructure service,are of great significance in boosting the quality of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)and industrial clusters.Based on the pilot practice of“one-stop”service for quality infrastructure in Hunan province,this paper applies the standardization principles to propose the general idea and construction framework of standards system for“one-stop”service at the provincial level.
