摘要
黄曲霉毒素B_(1)(AFB_(1))是毒性最强的黄曲霉毒素,植物油生产过程中易受到霉菌的感染而导致黄曲霉毒素B1超标,因此对人类健康造成潜在的威胁。本文通过阐述食用油中黄曲霉毒素B1检测方法、免疫亲和柱、检测仪器、质控样的选择等重要质控要点,提出了质量关键控制要点和应采取的具体方法。同时提出了通过加强人员培训及监督、优化岗位设置和重视结果反馈和跟踪改进三方面提高黄曲霉毒素B1检测质量和效率,以期为人员的培训、人员监督、质量监控等方面提供参考方法。
Aflatoxin B_(1)(AFB_(1))is the most toxic aflatoxin,and it is easily contaminated in the process of plant oil production,leading to potential health threats to humans.By elaborating on the key points of quality control in important aspects such as AFB1 detection methods,immunoaffinity columns,detection instruments,selection of quality control samples in edible oils,this study proposes specific methods for quality key control points.It also suggests improving AFB1 detection quality and efficiency through enhancing personnel training and supervision,optimizing job positions,and focusing on result feedback and continuous improvement.This aims to provide reference methods for personnel training,supervision,and quality control.
