Interpretation of the Revision of GB/T 31950,Integrity management system of enterprise—Requirements

随着ISO管理体系标准框架的更新,以及党中央、国务院有关建立健全企业信用承诺制度、企业履行社会责任制度、落实企业主体责任制度等方面新的文件指示的相继发布,修订GB/T 31950《企业诚信管理体系》国家标准的必要性日益凸显。标准的修订遵循企业诚信的规律,将与企业诚信相关的承诺作为企业诚信管理体系的起点,采用过程方法,并按照“策划—实施—检查—处置”(PDCA)循环模式推进体系的实施运行。修订后的标准既符合诚信管理规律,又便于理解和实施。

With the update of ISO management system standard framework,as well as new documents and instructions on establishing and improving the institutions used for the enterprises to make credit commitment,fulfil social responsibility and implement main responsibility,had been successively issued,the necessity of revising the GB/T 31950,Integrity management system of enterprise,is becoming increasingly prominent.The revision of the standard follows the regularity of enterprise integrity,and takes the commitment related to enterprise integrity as the starting point of integrity management system of enterprise.And it will adopt a process approach in accordance with the“Plan-Do-Check-Act(PDCA)”cycle mode to promote the implementation and operation of the system.The revision of the standard is both consistent with the regularity of integrity management and accessible to understanding and implementation.
