因素条件对红外吸收法测试钛合金中氢含量的影响

摘要 本文采用脉冲炉惰性气体熔融红外吸收法测试钛合金中氢含量。研究样品处理方式、样品放置时间、样品存储方式、超声时间、样品清洗剂种类、分析功率、助熔剂用量7种因素条件对钛合金氢含量测试的影响。确定了红外吸收法测试钛合金中氢含量的试验条件:精密车床或者酸洗处理样品,采用丙酮或者无水乙醇超声清洗试样1min,冷风吹干后室温密封保存,采用分析功率3500W、半片锡片助熔剂,尽量4h内分析完试样,实现了红外吸收法测定钛及钛合金中氢含量测试,测定结果在标准值的不确定度范围内,相对标准偏差小于4%(RSD,n=6的分析结果),同时采用该方法测定钛及钛合金样品的氢含量具有操作简便、测试效率高、成本低、稳定性好、准确度高等优点。 This article uses pulse furnace inert gas melting infrared absorption method to test the hydrogen content in titanium alloy,and studies the effects of seven factors and conditions on hydrogen content testing of titanium alloys:sample processing method,sample placement time,sample storage method,ultrasonic time,type of sample cleaning agent,analysis power,and flux dosage.The test conditions for testing hydrogen content in titanium alloys using infrared absorption method have been determined:precision lathe or acid washing treatment samples,acetone or anhydrous ethanol ultrasonic cleaning of the samples for 1 minute,cold air drying,and room temperature sealing storage.The analysis power of 3500 W and half piece of tin flux were used,and the samples were analyzed within 4 hours as much as possible to achieve the determination of hydrogen content in titanium and titanium alloys using infrared absorption method.The measurement results were within the uncertainty range of the standard value with relative standard deviation less than 4%(RSD,n=6 analysis result).And using this method to determine the hydrogen content of titanium and titanium alloy samples has the advantages of simple operation,high testing efficiency,low cost,good stability,and high accuracy.
