职业院校以培养技能型、应用型、复合型高素质人才为使命,基于虚拟仿真技术的标准化实训体系构建是推进职业教育数字化变革的重要举措,也是落实新时代教育评价改革的应有之义。本文聚焦职业院校在实习实训中“三高三难”的痛点和难点,围绕职业院校虚拟仿真标准化实训体系的构建问题进行研究,提出虚拟仿真标准化实训体系建设对策研究,要坚持“虚实结合、能实不虚”的建设标准,强化基于虚拟仿真实训教学资源开发技术标准的制定,创新人才培养模式,为推进职业教育的高质量发展提供借鉴。

The mission of vocational colleges is to cultivate skilled,application-oriented,and compound high-quality talents.The construction of a standardized training system based on virtual simulation technology is an important measure to promote the digital transformation of vocational education,and it is also necessary to implement the reform of education evaluation in the new era.This article focuses on the pain points and difficulties in vocational colleges during internship and training.It focuses on the construction of a virtual simulation standardized training system in vocational colleges and proposes research on countermeasures for the construction of a virtual simulation standardized training system to adhere to the construction standard of“combining virtual and real,and being real instead of virtual”and strengthen the development of technical standards based on virtual simulation training teaching resources,and look forward to innovative talent training models,providing reference for promoting the high-quality development of vocational education.
