摘要
目的:分析化学发光法标准化检验在输血前梅毒特异性抗体逆向筛查中的应用价值。方法:对200例患者样本采用化学发光法和传统的快速血浆反应素(RPR)检测,比较两种方法在检出率、敏感性、特异性、安全性方面的差异。结果:化学发光法在检出率、敏感性、特异性方面均优于RPR法(P﹤0.05),两组在安全性方面无显著差异(P﹥0.05)。结论:化学发光法因其较高的敏感性和特异性,在梅毒筛查中具有显著优势,但该方法成本较高,适合于资源充足的医疗环境中使用。在资源有限的情况下,推荐采用成本效益较高的RPR法作为初筛手段,并在关键情况下结合化学发光法进行复查,以平衡诊断准确性与成本效益。
Objective:To analyze the application value of chemiluminescence standardization test in the reverse screening of syphilis specific antibodies before blood transfusion.Methods:Chemiluminescence and RPR were used to detect 200 patients,and the differences in detection rate,sensitivity,specificity and safety were compared between the two methods.Results:Chemiluminescence method was superior to RPR method in detection rate,sensitivity and specificity(P﹤0.05),but there was no significant difference in safety between the two groups(P﹥0.05).Conclusion:Chemiluminescence has significant advantages in syphilis screening due to its high sensitivity and specificity,but it is a costly method suitable for use in well-resourced medical settings.In the case of limited resources,it is recommended to use the more cost-effective RPR method as the primary screening method,and in critical cases combined with chemiluminescence review to balance diagnostic accuracy and cost effectiveness.
