基于peplau人际关系理论的模块教学法在NICU护理实习带教中的应用

摘要 目的:观察基于peplau人际关系理论的模块教学法在NICU护理实习带教中的应用效果。方法:随机将湖南省郴州市第一人民医院60名护理实习生分为两组,30名护生进入对照组应用传统教学法进行带教,30名护生进入试验组应用基于Peplau人际关系理论的模块教学法进行教学。两组护生的带教时间均为1个月,带教结束后进行出科考试、护生的职业认同感,教学满意度测评。护生的一般资料和评价指标数据均使用SPSS 26.0进行统计学检验,根据检验结果进行组间差异分析和讨论。结果:试验组的操作与理论成绩、职业认同感、教学满意度测评均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于peplau人际关系理论的模块教学法对提高NICU护理实习生理论与操作成绩具有显著成效,同时可提高职业认同感、护生对临床护理教学的满意度。 Objective:To observe the application effect of module teaching method based on Peplau’s interpersonal relationship theory in NICU nursing practice teaching.Methods:Sixty nursing interns in the First People’s Hospital of Chenzhou City,Hunan Province were randomly divided into two groups.The 30 nursing students in the control group were taught by traditional teaching method,and the 30 nursing students in the experimental group were taught by module teaching method based on Peplau’s interpersonal relationship theory.The teaching time of the two groups of nursing students was 1 month.After the end of the teaching,the examination,the professional identity of the nursing students and the teaching satisfaction were evaluated.The general data and evaluation index data of nursing students were statistically tested by SPSS26.0,and the differences between groups were analyzed and discussed according to the test results.Results:The scores of operation and theory,professional identity and teaching satisfaction in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The module teaching method based on Peplau’s interpersonal relationship theory has a significant effect on improving the theoretical and operational performance of NICU nursing interns.At the same time,it can improve professional identity and nursing students’satisfaction with clinical nursing teaching.
