生成式人工智能赋能职业教育教学变革:主要维度与发展进路

Teaching Reform Empowered by AIGC in Vocational Education:Main Dimensions and Development Approaches

摘要 生成式人工智能重塑着职业教育的发展形态,为职业教育教学变革擘画了“共景共情共生”转型图景。通过扎根理论研究方法,以中国知网文献为数据来源,选取了99篇相关文献作为研究对象,利用CiteSpace6.2.R4软件对文献关键词聚类图谱分析,构建了“价值意蕴—风险审视—治理路径”三维分析框架。借助NVivo12.2.0 Plus软件进行分析发现,生成式人工智能赋能职业教育教学变革的价值意蕴之维,体现在教学方法革新、学习范式转型、教学场域重塑和情感教学创生;风险审视之维,体现在意识形态侵蚀、主体降格消解、价值背离失范和情感认同缺失;治理路径之维,体现在强化意识形态导向、树立正确的话语导向、优化人机交互过程、推进风险审查与监管。基于以上研究,提出建设智慧化教学平台,建立生成式人工智能公共服务体系;加强教师生成式人工智能素养培养,构建人机协同生态;开展教学创新行动,突出“德技并修”人才培养;强化风险防范管理,推动智能教育治理的发展进路。 Artificial intelligence-generated content(AIGC) is reshaping the development form of vocational education, and hascreated a transformation landscape of shared scenery, empathy, and symbiosis for the teaching reform of vocational education. Using thegrounded theory method and CNKI literature as the data source, 99 literature were selected as the research objects. The CiteSpace 6.2.R4 software was used to analyze the clustering graph of literature keywords, and a three-dimensional analysis framework of valueimplication - risk assessment - governance path was constructed. Through analysis using NVivo12.2.0 Plus software, it was found thatthe value implications of AIGC empowering the teaching reform of vocational education are reflected in teaching method innovation,learning paradigm transformation, teaching field reshaping, and emotional teaching creation;The dimension of risk assessment isreflected in ideological erosion, subject degradation and dissolution, value deviation and loss of emotional identity;The dimension ofgovernance path is reflected in strengthening ideological orientation, establishing correct discourse orientation, optimizinghuman-machine interaction process, and promoting risk review and supervision. Based on the above research, it is proposed to build asmart teaching platform and establish a AIGC public service system;strengthen the cultivation of teacher's AIGC literacy and build ahuman-machine collaborative ecosystem;carry out innovative teaching actions and highlight the cultivation of talents who combinemorality and technology;strengthen risk prevention management and promote the development path of intelligent education governance.
