基于产教融合的职业教育工作手册式教材开发机制创新

Innovation of Workbook-Type Textbooks Development Mechanism for Vocational Education Based on Integration Between Industry and Education

摘要 目前我国职业教育工作手册式教材开发主体以职业院校教师为主,开发队伍较为分散,组织化程度较低,而探索基于产教融合的职业教育工作手册式教材开发有助于解决这一问题。在产教融合背景下,工作手册式教材开发存在职业院校主导式、企业主导式和产教融合组织主导式三种方式。综合分析这三种方式的优缺点发现,工作手册式教材开发应把握职业院校与企业双元开发,教材开发以项目化课程开发为基础,教材以多模态形式呈现,注重工匠精神培养,定期更新教材内容等基本要求。同时,教材开发还应建立需求调研与分析机制、内容设计与规划机制、编写与审核机制、试用与修订机制、监测与评估机制以及示范与推广机制。为保证教材开发质量,职业教育工作手册式教材开发要注重对教材的开发条件、开发过程和开发结果进行全面的评价,从而确保教材的实用性和科学性,助力培养适应社会发展的技术技能人才。 At present,the main body of vocational education workbook-type textbooks development in China is mainly dominated by teachers in vocational colleges,and the development team is scattered and less organized,and exploring the vocational education workbook-type textbooks development based on the fusion of integration between industry and education can help to address this issue.Under the background of integration between industry and education,there are three approaches to develop workbook-type textbooks:vocational college-led,enterprise-led and integration between industry and education organization-led.A comprehensive analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of these three approaches reveals that,the development of workbook-type textbooks should grasp the basic requirements of dual development by vocational colleges and enterprises.Meanwhile,the development of textbooks should be based on project-based curriculum development,and the textbooks should be presented in a multi-modal form,focusing on the cultivation of craftsman spirit and regular updating of the textbooks content.Furthermore,textbooks development should also establish a mechanism for demand research and analysis,content design and planning,preparation and review,trial and revision,monitoring and evaluation,and demonstration and promotion.In order to ensure the quality of textbooks development,the development of workbook-type textbooks for vocational education should emphasize a comprehensive review of the conditions,processes and results,so as to ensure the practicability and scientificity of the textbooks,and to help cultivate technical and skilled talents adapted to the development of the society.
