生态地质安全视角下的益阳市中心城区国土空间格局优化研究

摘要 生态地质环境评价是营造生态地质安全的重要工作内容。城市的发展与生态地质环境承载力有密切的关系,并且,生态地质环境承载力可以补充和支撑“双评价”内容,同时能为国土空间格局优化提供一定的科学指导和依据。本文以益阳市中心城区为研究对象,从生态、地质、社会3个层面,构建了一套益阳市生态地质环境承载力评价指标体系,并通过GIS平台进行综合评价与分析。基于研究范围内不同区域的生态地质环境承载力的优、良、中、差,结合实际情况,确定了市域空间的主导功能分区,并划分了6类土地利用综合区:经济优化发展区(34.27 km^(2))、综合发展区(22.97 km^(2))、经济承接发展区(43.01 km^(2))、工业主产区(25 km^(2))、生态重点保护区(24.12 km^(2))和生态限制发展区(558.12 km^(2))。 The evaluation of ecologicaland geological environment is an important work content tocreate ecological and geological security.There is a close relationship between the urban development and the carrying capacity of the ecological geological environment,and the carrying capacity of the ecological geological environment can supplement and support the content of"double evaluation",and provide certain scientific guidance and basis for the optimization of land spatial pattern.Taking the central urban area of Yiyang City as the research object,this paper constructs a set of evaluation index system of ecological geological environment carrying capacity of Yiyang City from the three aspects of ecology,geology and society,and carries out comprehensive evaluation and analysis through GIS platform.Based on the excellent,good,medium and poor ecological geological environmental carrying capacity of different regions within the study area,combined with the actual situation,the dominant functional zoning of theurban space is determined,and 6 types of comprehensive land use areas are divided:economic optimization development zone(34.27 km^(2)),comprehensive developmentzone(22.97 km^(2)),economic undertaking development zone(43.01 km^(2)),main industrial production zone(25 km^(2)),ecological key protection zone(24.12 km^(2)),and ecological restricted development zone(558.12 km^(2)).
