摘要
为使公交导向发展(transit-oriented-development,TOD)模式更有效地呈现在复杂综合体项目中,首先,在全面分析国内外地下综合体效能评价的基础上,从交通、经济、环境和社会4个维度出发,对青岛市6个典型轨道交通站点进行TOD效能评价;其次,借助多源大数据于ArcGIS平台搭建研究区域的基础数据库,并使用熵权法客观赋权,构建了地下综合体效能评价指标体系;再次,结合各站点规划与定位,分析各维度下的TOD效能情况;最后,为提升城市轨道地下综合体效能提出优化站域步行环境、合理规划地下空间使用多样性、充分利用自然地理优势、促进站域建设开发等对策建议。
In order to make the TOD model more effectively presented in complex projects,firstly,on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the effectiveness evaluation of underground complexes at home and abroad,the TOD effectiveness evaluation of 6 typical rail transit stations in Qingdao was carried out from four dimensions of transportation,economy,environment and society.Secondly,with the help of multi-source big data in ArcGIS platform,the basic database of the research area is built,and the entropy weighting method is used to objectively empower,and the underground complex effectiveness evaluation index system is constructed.Thirdly,combined with the planning and positioning of each station,the TOD efficiency in each dimension is analyzed.Finally,in order to improve the efficiency of urban rail underground complex,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,such as optimizing the pedestrian environment of the station area,rationally planning the diversity of underground space use,making full use of the advantages of natural geography,and promoting the construction and development of the station area.
