摘要
提出了一种基于EWTOPSIS和混合近似模型的三维模型轻量化设计方法,该方法可有效降低轻量化设计过程中的参数变量并且提高近似模型预测精度,从而降低计算成本、提高优化效率。提出方法利用基于EWTOPSIS的综合贡献度分析策略以淘汰综合贡献度较低的设计变量;通过最优拉丁超立方设计获得混合近似模型的所需样本点;最后结合优化算法求解约束问题,得到最佳结构尺寸与目标性能的组合。通过一个工程实际算例表明所提出方法是有效的,适用于机械产品的优化设计。所提出方法可考虑应用到不同机械产品的设计阶段,旨在高效、低成本、高质量地生产新一代机械产品。
A lightweight design method based on EWTOPSIS and a hybrid approximate model is proposed in this paper.This method can effectively reduce the parameter variables in the lightweight design process and improve the prediction accuracy of the approximate model,thereby reducing calculation costs and improving optimization efficiency.The proposed method uses the comprehensive contribution analysis strategy based on EWTOPSIS to eliminate the design variables with a low comprehensive contribution.Besides,it obtains the required sample points of the hybrid approximate model through the optimal Latin hypercube design.Finally,it combines the optimization algorithm to solve the constraint problem and obtains the most combination of optimal structure size and target performance.A practical engineering example shows that the proposed method is effective and suitable for the optimal design of mechanical products.The proposed method can be applied to the design stage of different mechanical products,aiming to produce a new generation of mechanical products with high efficiency,low cost,and high quality.
