摘要
对于光伏发电系统的保护,低压直流断路器具有举足轻重的地位。文章对光伏低压直流断路器电磁脱扣器的静态特性进行了分析,在有限元分析软件ANSYS中建立了电磁脱扣器的三维模型,并进行加载、求解,从而得到了不同电流、不同气隙下动铁心所受电磁吸力大小的二维静态特性曲线图。之后对有限元分析软件ANSYS进行了二次开发,得到了动铁心所受电磁吸力在不同结构参数下的变化曲线并给出了相应的解释,同时根据结构参数变化对初始位置电磁吸力的影响为各参数提出了相应的公差建议。
Low voltage DC circuit breaker plays an important role in the protection of the photovoltaic power generation system.The static characteristic of electromagnetic release of photovoltaic low voltage DC circuit breaker is analysed,and the three-dimensional model of electromagnetic release is established in the finite element analysis software ANSYS,then the two-dimensional static characteristic curve of the electromagnetic suction on the moving core under different circuit current and different air gap is obtained after loading and solving.After the secondary development of the finite element analysis software ANSYS,the change curves of electromagnetic suction on the moving core under different structural parameters are obtained,and the corresponding explanations are given.At the same time,according to the influence of the structural parameters on the electromagnetic suction at the initial position,the corresponding tolerance suggestions for each parameter are put forward.
