多品种种子干燥技术分析与应用

摘要 当前多品种种子干燥技术可满足不同品种及小批量种子的繁育需求,该研究旨在探讨分析多品种种子模块化干燥单元的能耗及其内部干燥介质的物理参数。基于多品种种子模块化干燥单元内部种子质量、干燥风温及干燥速度等因素,分析计算其热源及风机的相关参数。结果表明,多品种种子模块化干燥单元的电磁热风炉功率5 kW,风机流量412~859 m^(3)/h,全压507~310 Pa。研究结果以期为多品种种子干燥技术的后续发展提供技术参考及理论借鉴。 The current multi-species seed drying technology can meet the needs of different varieties and small batches of seed breeding,this study aims to explore and analyze the energy consumption of multi-species seed modular drying units and the internal physical parameters of the drying medium.Based on the factors of seed quality,drying air temperature and drying speed inside the modular drying unit of multi-species seeds,the relevant parameters of its heat source and fan are analyzed and calculated.The results show that the power of the electromagnetic hot air furnace of a multi-species seed modular drying unit is 5 kW,the flow rate of the fan is 412~859 m^(3)/h,and the full pressure is 507~310 Pa.The results of the study provide technical reference and theoretical reference for the subsequent development of multi-species seed drying technology.
