国有企业员工职业发展通道建设现状及改进措施

摘要 构建员工多维职业生涯发展通道,搭建各类人才施展才华、发挥才干的平台,帮助和引导广大员工做好职业规划、明确职业发展目标,加快提升自身基础能力建设,使之与组织需求相匹配、相协调、相融合,有利于促进企业人力资源转化为人力资本和智力资本,为企业战略发展提供强有力的人才供应链支撑。本文根据主题教育调查研究期间的调研成果,总结了国有企业员工职业发展通道建设现状及改进措施,以供参考。 Building a multi-dimensional career development channel for employees,building a platform for all kinds of talents to display their talents,helping and guiding employees to make career planning,clarifying career development goals,can accelerate the improvement of their own basic capacity construction,and make it match,coordinate and integrate with organizational needs,which is conducive to promoting the transformation of enterprise human resources into human capital and intellectual capital.It can provide strong talent supply chain support for the strategic development of enterprises.Based on the research results during the thematic education investigation,this paper summarizes the current situation and improvement measures of the construction of career development channels for employees in state-owned enterprises for reference.
