摘要
为适应当前铁路企业生产提质增效的发展需要,推动铁路维护装备现代化。基于虚拟仪器技术,对铁路维护装备测试测量工具进行自动化、信息化改造升级,提出2种虚拟仪器技术的应用模式,实现测试测量作业流程的重塑与优化。以可编程传统仪器“铁路客车配线绝缘检测装置”和模块化仪器“LKJ外部接口信号模拟测量装置”为例,具体阐述虚拟仪器技术的应用情况,且实际应用效果较好。研究表明,虚拟仪器技术作为一种现代测控技术,与当前铁路设备维护中通过对关键参数测量来判断设备状态的维护模式较为契合,可有效降低铁路维护装备研发成本,具有一定应用前景,适合在铁路不同专业进一步推广应用。
To meet the current needs of railway enterprises in improving production quality and efficiency,it is essential to promote the modernization of railway maintenance equipment.Based on virtual instrument technology,the testing and measuring tools for railway maintenance equipment are upgraded to realize automation and digitalization.Two application modes of virtual instrument technology were proposed to reshape and optimize the testing and measuring processes.The study focused on two instruments:the traditional programmable instrument“railway passenger car cable insulation inspection device”and the modular instrument“LKJ external interface signal analog measurement device”.It elaborated on the detailed application of virtual instrument technology,showcasing a good application effect.The study indicates that virtual instrument technology aligns better with the current railway equipment maintenance approach of assessing equipment status by measuring crucial parameters.This technology can effectively lower the research and development costs of railway maintenance equipment.It demonstrates promising application potential and is deemed suitable for broader implementation within various railway studying fields.
