新时代大学生劳动教育:目标、特征与实践进路

摘要 大学生劳动教育是高校立德树人的重要内容。新时代,大学生劳动教育在认知、情感、实践三个维度上具有更高层次的培养目标,体现了基础性、思想性、创造性、社会性四个方面的阶段特征,必须遵循高等教育规律,契合大学学段的特殊性。大学生劳动教育的有效实施,应在“三全育人”整体框架下做好顶层设计,在思想政治理论课教学中培养大学生对劳动价值观的理论认知,在与专业培养有机结合中提升大学生的创造性劳动能力,在善用社会大课堂的过程中全面培养大学生劳动品质。 Labor education for college students is an important part of cultivating morality in colleges and universities.In the new era,labor education for college students has higher levels of training objectives in the three dimensions of cognition,emotion,and practice,reflecting the stage characteristics of foundational,ideological,creative,and social aspects.It must follow the laws of higher education and fit the particularity of learning at the university stage.The effective implementation of labor education for college students should be well designed at the top level within the overall framework of"three comprehensive education".In the teaching of ideological and political theory courses,it is necessary to cultivate the theoretical understanding of labor values among college students,enhance their creative labor ability through organic integration with professional training,and comprehensively cultivate their labor quality through the process of making good use of social classrooms.
