产教科创融合为途径的职业本科人才培养研究——以土木建筑类专业为例

摘要 本科层次职业教育培养的是打造全国职业教育创新发展高地、推进现代化产业体系高质量发展、提升服务辽宁振兴,以及适应新时代新业态所需的人才。以本科层次职业教育“三不变、三个高、两衔接”为定位,提出了产教科创融合为最佳路径,分析了其在推进职普融通、产教融合、科教融汇以及优化职业教育类型定位中的现实意义,提质培优、增值赋能,总结了职业本科人才培养的产教科创融合新途径内涵,诠释了新时代职业教育新发展格局,使其在一定程度上提供了现代化产业体系高质量发展和新质生产力所需的人才,进而实现职业教育高地建设。 The talents cultivated by the undergraduate level vocational education are needed to create a highland for the innovation and development of national vocational education,promote the high-quality development of the modern industrial system,enhance the revitalization of Liaoning,and serve the new era and new forms.Therefore,based on the“three unchanged,three high and two connections”orientation in undergraduate vocational education,this paper regards the integration of industry,education,and science and innovation as the best path,analyzes its practical significance in promoting the integration of general education and vocational education,integration of industry and education,integration of science and education,and optimizing the type orientation of vocational education.It summarizes the connotation of the new approach to vocational undergraduate talent cultivation,and interprets the new development pattern of vocational education in the new era.To a certain extent,the undergraduate level vocational education provides talents needed for the high-quality development of modern industrial system and new quality productive forces,and then realizes the construction of vocational education highland.
