In the context of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,the important mission of higher vocational education is to cultivate high-quality technical talents.The ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges play a key role in cultivating students’ideological and political quality and professional literacy,and are of importance in stimulating and cultivating craftsmanship spirit.This paper discusses the important value and implementation strategy of cultivating craftsmanship spirit in higher vocational ideological and political courses,aiming at cultivating college students to be socialist successors and builders who can take on the great task of national rejuvenation.
