高职院校教职工队伍素质的提升,离不开教职工队伍的思想政治建设工作。工会思想政治工作要坚持党性原则,注重与教职工的需要、地方经济建设和社会发展实际相结合,把为人民服务这一宗旨贯穿于思想政治建设的始终。为深入了解高职院校教职工的思想政治状况和教学生活需求,以及对思想政治建设工作的意见和建议,有针对性地开展调查研究,以期能够更好地开展新时代高职院校教职工思想政治引领工作,团结和动员广大教职工共同为辽宁振兴贡献力量。

The improvement of the faculty quality in vocational colleges depends on the ideological and political construction of the faculty.The ideological and political work of trade union should adhere to the Party spirit principle,attach importance to the combination with the needs of the faculty,and the local economic construction and social development,and integrate the purpose of serving the people into the ideological and political construction.To gain a deeper understanding of the ideological status,teaching and living needs,as well as opinions and suggestions of the faculty in vocational colleges,it conducts the targeted investigation and research,in order to better carry out the ideological and political guidance work of the faculty in the new era,and unite and mobilize them to contribute to the revitalization of Liaoning.
