美育:高职学生职业道德培养研究——基于教育效能提升

Research on Aesthetic Education and Professional Ethics Cultivation of Higher Vocational Students

在当前急需培养高素质职业人才的时代背景下,高职学生职业道德的培养成了教育改革和发展的当务之急。美育作为一种重要的教育手段,在高职学生职业道德培养中具有不可忽视的作用。通过分析美育的内涵与价值,以及高职学生职业道德培养的内涵与目标,发现美育与高职学生职业道德培养之间的内在联系,指出了高职学生职业道德培养存在目标不明确、方法单一、评价机制不完善和学生缺乏实践经验等问题,总结了基于教育效能提升的美育在高职学生职业道德培养中的应用,提出了高职学生职业道德培养策略。

It is in urgent need of training high-quality professional talents in the era,and the cultivation of higher vocational students’professional ethics has become the urgent task of education reform and development.Aesthetic education,as an important educational means,plays an important role in the cultivation of vocational students’professional ethics.Through analyzing the connotation and value of aesthetic education,as well as the connotation and goal of vocational students’professional ethics cultivation,it finds out the internal connection between aesthetic education and vocational students’professional ethics cultivation,and points out the problems in the cultivation,such as unclear goals,single method,imperfect evaluation mechanism and students’lack of practical experience.It summarizes the application of aesthetic education in higher vocational students’professional ethics cultivation based on the improvement of educational effectiveness,and puts forward cultivation strategies.
