职业院校学生创新创业能力提升的研究——以辽宁职业学院为例

Study on the Improvement of Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability in Vocational Colleges

目前,许多职业院校创新创业教育发展存在不充分不平衡情况,学生的创新创业能力亟待提升。基于调研数据进行现状分析与深入研究,提出高职学生创新创业能力培养策略,旨在通过拓展创新创业政策覆盖广度、加强创业导师队伍建设、提高创新人才培养质量等方式,共同促进提升高职学生创新创业能力。

At present,the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in many vocational colleges is inadequate and unbalanced,and students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability needs to be improved.Based on the current situation analysis and in-depth study of the survey data,this paper puts forward cultivation strategies of higher vocational students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability,aiming to jointly promote higher vocational students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability by expanding the coverage of innovation and entrepreneurship policies,strengthening the construction of entrepreneurship mentor team and improving the cultivation quality of innovative talents.
