摘要
数字产业化和产业数字化发展过程中,数字技术与实体经济融合度不断提高,肩负着为数字经济国家发展战略培育多样化技术技能的新商科应运而生。随着数字要素逐渐渗透到人类社会经济活动的各领域,新产业、新业态、新模式对具有跨界融合能力的业财一体化高技能型商科人才需求急剧增加,并促使新商科以专业集群的形式整合专业资源,形成综合优势。然而,高职新商科专业群中专业间联结、融通、共生的逻辑一直掣肘高职新商科专业群建设的质量。因而从动态的视角,采用资源拼凑—资源编排—资源协奏组合的视角解构高职新商科专业群的组建逻辑,并给出高职新商科专业群发展的数字化赋能路径,以助推高职新商科专业群的高质量发展。
In the process of digital industrialization and industrial digitalization development,the integration of digital technolo-gy and the real economy is constantly improving,and the new business talent,which shoulders the responsibility of cultivating diversified technical skills for the development strategy of digital economy countries,has emerged.With the gradual infiltration of digital elements into various fields of human socio-economic activities,the demand for highly skilled business talents with cross-border integration capabilities in new industries,new formats,and new models has sharply increased,and it has promp-ted new business to integrate professional resources in the form of professional clusters,forming a comprehensive advantage.However,the logic of inter professional connection,integration,and symbiosis in the new business specialty group in vocational colleges has always hindered the quality of the construction of the new business specialty group in vocational colleges.This study takes a dynamic perspective and adopts perspective of resource bricolage,orchestration,and symphony to deconstruct the formation logic of the new business professional group in vocational colleges.It also provides a digital empowerment path for the development of the new business professional group in vocational colleges,in order to promote the high-quality development of the new business professional group in vocational colleges.
