我国高职教育专业认证:内涵特征、现存问题与未来发展

摘要 职业教育质量的提升离不开职业教育质量评价。作为面向我国高等职业教育机构的各类专业进行评估、检查和认定的活动,高职教育专业认证立足高职专业的内涵建设,以内外部评价机制推动专业质量持续改进与特色发展,以此引导高职专业聚焦人才培养成效和学生发展。当前,我国高职教育专业认证处于初步探索阶段。学理性研究不足、区域性管理模式难以建立共识性的认证体系框架和过分依赖国际认证经验难以突出中国职业教育类型化特色等三个问题制约着我国高职教育专业认证体系作用的发挥。新时期,构建中国特色高职教育专业认证体系,要夯实理论研究基础,“多元多维”推动理论成果体系化;建立区域联动机制,形成高职教育专业认证的共识性框架;以校企合作为专业认证逻辑起点,凸显职业教育类型特色。 The improvement of vocational education quality hinges on its evaluation.Professional certification of various majors in higher vocational education institutions in China aims to assess,inspect,and recognize these programs.It is grounded in de-veloping the internal content of higher vocational majors,using internal and external evaluation mechanisms to drive continuous improvement and distinctive development in professional quality.This guides higher vocational education to focus on the effec-tiveness of talent cultivation and student development.Currently,China’s professional certification system for higher vocational education is in an exploratory phase.Three issues hinder its effectiveness:insufficient theoretical research,challenges in es-tablishing a consensus-based certification framework for regional management models,and an excessive reliance on international certification experiences that may overshadow the unique characteristics of Chinese vocational education.In the new era,build-ing a certification system with Chinese characteristics requires a solid theoretical research foundation and systematic develop-ment of theoretical achievements through diverse approaches.Establishing a regional collaborative mechanism is essential to form a consensus framework for vocational professional certification.Moreover,leveraging school-enterprise cooperation as the starting point for certification can underscore the distinctive features of vocational education types.
