摘要
锅炉运行过程中出现了炉膛负压波动大、燃烧不稳定的问题。对该炉实际运行情况进行分析研究发现,防堵装置根部严重堵塞,灰黑色煤渣结焦严重,大块板结,湿度大,粘度大,严重时将整个取样通道堵死,造成测点不准。通过解决防堵装置根部堵塞问题,在无人为干预的情况下,避免煤灰聚集,保证测量准确,真实反映测点的在线压力值。
The problems of large fluctuation of furnace negative pressure and unstable combustion occurred during boiler operation.The analysis of the actual operation of the furnace shows that the root of the anti-blocking device is seriously blocked,the coking of gray and black cinder is serious,the large block of compaction,the humidity is high,the viscosity is high,and the whole sampling channel is blocked in serious cases,resulting in inaccurate measurement points.By solving the root blockage problem of the anti-blocking device,the coal ash accumulation can be avoided without human intervention,and the measurement is accurate and the online pressure value of the measurement point can be truly reflected.
