ASG汽动泵超速试验触发电气超速保护跳闸原因分析

摘要 某核电厂6号机组处于蒸汽发生器冷却器正常停堆模式,运行人员按计划执行汽动辅助给水泵6ASG003PO的功能试验(辅助给水汽动泵以下简称“汽动泵”),主控启动汽动泵后触发电气超速保护跳闸报警信号,核实泵转速最高上涨至9334r/min(超过电气超速保护设定值为9330r/min),汽动泵跳闸,重复执行该试验验证故障依然存在。文章通过故障树分析法开展原因分析,并制订纠正措施以解决汽动泵跳泵异常。 Unit 6 of a certain nuclear power plant is in the normal shutdown mode of the steam generator cooler.The operators carried out the functional test of the steam driven auxiliary feedwater pump 6ASG003 PO(hereinafter referred to as the steam driven auxiliary feedwater pump)according to the plan.After the main control started the steam driven pump,the generator gas overspeed protection trip alarm signal was triggered.It was verified that the maximum pump speed increased to 9334 r/min(exceeding the electrical overspeed protection set value of 9330 r/min),and the steam driven pump tripped,Repeat the experiment to verify that the fault still exists.This article conducts cause analysis through fault tree analysis method and formulates corrective measures to solve the abnormal pump tripping of the steam driven pump.
