摘要
随着煤化工行业的快速发展,直吹型磨煤机制粉系统作为关键设施,在提升能效和降低污染方面发挥着重要作用。文章针对某电厂磨煤机运行中突然发生压差料位趋势曲线大幅振荡及磨煤机两侧压差料位差别大故障进行深入分析,探讨这些问题产生的主要原因。针对故障分析提出了系统性的改进建议,有效恢复了设计标准下的磨煤机工作性能。文章为该电厂提高磨煤机制粉效率提供了可靠的实践参考,也为类似制粉系统问题的解决提供了理论依据和技术支持。
With the rapid development of the coal chemical industry,the direct-blown pulverizing system,as one of the key equipment,plays an important role in improving energy efficiency and reducing pollution.In this paper,the large amplitude oscillation of the trend curve of the pressure difference level and the big fault of the difference of the pressure difference level on both sides of the mill in the operation of a coal mill in a power plant are analyzed deeply,and the main causes of these problems are discussed.According to the fault analysis,systematic improvement suggestions are put forward,and the working performance of the mill under the design standard is effectively restored.This paper provides a reliable practical reference for the power plant to improve the pulverization efficiency of the mill,and also provides a theoretical basis and technical support for the solution of similar pulverization system problems.
