摘要
某电厂3号机组汽轮机高压主汽门采用卧式布置,运行中存在卡涩不严现象,造成汽轮机惰走时间长,高压主汽门关闭时间长。文章分析了该问题产生的原因,通过优化材料结构,解决了高压主汽门卡涩不严的问题。
The high-pressure main stop valve of 3 steam turbine is arranged horizontally,there is phenomenon of unsmooth and leakage in operation.Cause the steam turbine idle away for long time and the closing time of the high-pressure main stop valve is unqualified.Analyze the cause of the problem and Solve the problem of loose jamming of high-pressure main stop valve by optimizing material structure.
