法国曾是马格里布地区b的殖民宗主国,与该地有着紧密的历史联系。尽管马格里布三国后来获得独立,但法国在该地依然保持着重要影响力。马格里布政策成为法国在非洲实施大国外交战略的支点,也是法国外交布局的重要组成部分。冷战时期,法国致力于维护国家利益,同时追求扩大地区和全球影响力、恢复“大国地位”。本文以法国与马格里布三国签订的协议及外交互动为研究基础,旨在客观总结冷战期间法国对马格里布政策的演变,并推理政策调整的关键原因,探讨其内在逻辑。通过系统分析历史文献和外交文件,本文试图揭示法国马格里布政策变化的动因和对法国外交战略的影响。

France was once the colonial hegemon in the Maghreb region and maintains close historical ties with the area.Despite the subsequent independence of the Maghreb states,France continues to wield significant influence in the region.The Maghreb policy serves as a cornerstone of France’s grand diplomatic strategy in Africa and is an integral component of its foreign policy framework.During the Cold War period,France endeavored to uphold national interests while seeking to expand its regional and global influence,aiming to restore its“great France”status.This paper,grounded in an examination of agreements and diplomatic interactions between France and the Maghreb states,aims to objectively summarize the evolution of France’s policy toward the Maghreb during the Cold War period.It seeks to infer the key reasons for policy adjustments and explore their underlying rationale.Through a systematic analysis of historical literature and diplomatic documents,this paper endeavors to uncover the motivations behind the changes in France’s Maghreb policy and their implications for France’s diplomatic strategy.
