雄安站光伏发电一体化建设运营及效益分析

摘要 通过对雄安站分布式光伏发电的初步设计批复意见落实、经营开发招标合作模式、建设管理、运维管理以及效益研究分析,提炼光伏发电系统在铁路客站实施的阶段要点,总结在雄安站光伏发电系统成功案例中的重要经验。经实际应用效益分析,雄安站屋面光伏发电年总发电量约580万k W·h,可减少二氧化碳排放4 500 t。该研究可为铁路项目建设审批是否配套光伏发电系统提供决策参考,为今后分布式光伏发电与铁路客站一体化建设运营提供指导,推进环保绿色能源在铁路客站更广泛的实施应用。 In light of the review comments on the preliminary design of distributed PV power generation at Xiongan Railway Station,the paper first analyzes the operation and development bidding cooperation mode,the construction management,O&M management,and operation benefits of the project.Secondly,the paper extracts the key points in the implementation stage of PV power generation system in railway passenger stations and summarizes important experience in successful cases of PV power generation systems at Xiongan Railway Station.According to the benefit analysis,the total annual power generation of roof PV power generation at Xiongan Railway Station is about 5.8 million kW·h,which can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 4500 t.This study can provide a decision-making reference for the application of PV power generation system in railway projects,as well as guidance for the future integrated construction and operation of distributed PV power generation and railway passenger stations,and promote the use of environmentally friendly green energy in railway passenger stations.
